What you send us
Data exports only. No logins. No integrations.
We never ask for your passwords, your ERP login, or access to your bank. Send what you have and we'll work from there:
- Your PO log or order tracker. Spreadsheet or ERP export — whatever you actually use, even if it's messy.
- Your vendor list. Who makes what, and how you reach them.
- Recent order threads. Forwarded emails or exported chats for the last few orders — the confirmations, the chases, the delays.
- How you follow up today. Even if the honest answer is "I don't." Especially then.
If something can't leave your hands, redact it and tell us what's missing. We'll flag the blind spots in the report instead of guessing around them.

The report, the findings, the fix list — all yours, whether you hire us for the fix or handle it in-house. If your PO system is tight, the report says so. You paid $499 to confirm it.
