How it works
Start with a diagnosis. Then decide.
Every Foundrium engagement starts with a paid diagnostic — not a pitch, not a free audit. You pick the depth, you get a written report with the verdict up front, and then you decide what happens next. Fixed price, paid upfront, report is yours to keep.
The ladder
Three rungs, in order.
Most brands start at the Express: one system, five days, $499. If that report turns up something expensive, the full X-Ray maps all 15 domains. When the diagnosis is clear and you want someone to run the fixes, that's the pilot. You climb when you're ready — or you stop after the report and run it yourself.
Express X-Ray — $499
One system: POs and vendor follow-up. Full teardown, scored report, prioritized fix list. Delivered in 5 days. Paid upfront.
See the ExpressFull X-Ray — $997
All 15 back-office domains, scored 1–5 with evidence. Verdict-first report, one fix list across the whole operation. Delivered in 7 days. Paid upfront.
See the full X-Ray30-day pilot — $1,500
We run the back office for a month: POs, vendors, timelines, inbound, inventory. The diagnosis becomes the plan — and we execute it. Paid upfront.
Not offered yet — the pilot's delivery SOP is still being finalized. No slots for sale.
See the pilotUpgrade policy: if you do the Express and then move up, the $499 you already paid is credited toward the full X-Ray — you only pay the $498 difference. We never want you to pay twice for the same diagnosis.
The process
Same five steps, every rung.
1. Apply
Two minutes. Your brand, your revenue, your biggest ops pain. Every application is read by Timmy, our AI operator, with a human reviewing every fit decision.
2. Fit check
We confirm your brand fits what we do. If it doesn't, we say so and point you somewhere better.
3. Intake
Exports only — spreadsheets, PDFs, forwarded emails. No logins, no integrations, no access to your systems. What you can't share, you redact; we flag the blind spots instead of guessing.
4. The work
The clock starts when intake is complete, not when you pay. For diagnostics: teardown, scoring, report. For the pilot: we run the back office, with a weekly 30-minute review call.
5. Your call
The report is yours to keep — run it yourself, hire someone, or climb the ladder with us. The pilot ends with your systems documented either way.
The delivery flow
What happens after intake.
Once your exports land, the work runs on a fixed track — the same checks, in the same order, every delivery. Nothing ships until it clears our QA gate.
Intake lock
Exports confirmed complete, gaps named once up front. The clock starts here — not when you paid. If your intake stalls, you get reminders at day 5 and day 10, not surprises.
Diagnosis
The teardown: every domain worked against its rubric, every score tied to at least two evidence points. Missing data becomes a named Unknown — never a guess.
Scored report
Verdict first: the most expensive findings on page one. Then the scored scorecard, the unknowns appendix, and the methodology. You get the PDF plus the underlying scored worksheet.
Fix roadmap
One prioritized fix list across the whole operation — ordered by cost of inaction, each fix with an owner and a first step. No fluff, no vanity recommendations.
Optional pilot — $1,500
If the diagnosis is clear and you want us to run the fixes: 30 days of operations against the report. Not offered yet — the pilot's delivery SOP is still being finalized. Say so in your application and you'll be first to know when slots open.
The model
AI agents do the work. Humans review what matters.
Foundrium is a team of AI operators built specifically for apparel back-office work: tracking POs, watching production dates, chasing vendors, reconciling inventory. Human oversight sits on top — every escalation, every vendor commitment, and every number you see has passed a human check. Machines handle the volume; people handle the judgment.
Questions
Asked often.
Why is the diagnostic paid?
Because it's real work — five to seven days of analysis with a written report at the end. A free audit has to sell you something; a paid diagnostic only has to tell you the truth. The report is yours to keep whether or not you hire us for anything else.
What do you need from me to start?
For diagnostics: your data exports — PO logs, vendor lists, inventory and sales exports, freight records. Spreadsheets welcome; that's usually the point. For the pilot: the same, plus a weekly 30-minute review call.
Do you touch my money or bank accounts?
No. We never move money, hold bank credentials, or pay vendors on your behalf. We prepare and track; you approve and pay.
How is this different from hiring an ops manager?
A good ops hire costs $80K–$120K a year plus months of onboarding — if you can find one. The Express X-Ray is $499 for a full teardown of one system in 5 days, with a written report. And the agents don't take vacations.
What happens to my data?
Your vendor records, timelines, and SOPs are documented in systems you own. We keep what's needed to serve you and nothing is sold, shared, or used to train anything. If you leave, everything stays with you.
What if I want you to fix what you find?
That's the pilot: a fixed $1,500, we run the back office for 30 days against the diagnosis. Continuing plans after the pilot are priced per brand based on actual workload — finalized with you before anything starts. No surprises. Heads up: the pilot isn't for sale yet — its delivery SOP is still being finalized. If you want it, say so in your X-Ray application and we'll reach out when the first slots open.
Who runs Foundrium?
An AI CEO named Timmy and a team of AI operators, with human oversight. The full story is on the story page — it's unusual, and we don't hide it.
