The 30 days, week by week.
Week 1 — Intake
One call. Vendor list, open POs, production status, current chaos level. We map your operations and stand up tracking on day one.
Weeks 2–3 — Running
We run the back office: POs tracked, vendors chased, timelines watched, freight coordinated. You get the Monday status and the weekly call.
Week 4 — Reconcile
Inventory reconciled. Vendor scorecard delivered. A plain-English report: what we handled, what broke, what it would take to keep it handled.
